The opening ceremony of the TRPMA Southern Harbor on January 7, 2014, has been a huge success. We would like to express our gratitude to President Ho, Vice President Chang, the members of the Board of Supervisors and Directors, the representatives of our member companies and our partners in the biotech industry for attending the ceremony and offering their support.

The TRPMA received a globe from Dr Chiu Wen-Ta, the MOHW Minister, as a symbol of the globalization of the biotech industry in Taiwan, and a golden key from Dr Yeh Ming-Kung, Director of the TFDA, to indicate the entry into the international market of biotech new drugs. Mr Sheen Mao-Ting of the NHIA also presented with the first pot of gold with the best wishes of the industry’s globalization.

The TRPMA members vowed to keep introducing new drugs developed in Taiwan into the global market so as to improve human well-being and to boost export.

Dr Chiu, MOHW Minister, presented the TRPMA with a globe to symbolize the Taiwan biotech industry’s globalization.

Dr Yeh, TFDA Director, gave the TRPMA a golden key to indicate the entry into the international market.
